The square and open is a public place, and ryone can use it for any entertainment or relaxation.
If someone complains about bad music, they can go straight to the dance company and ask them to tn it off. We don't have to deal with this in an extreme way, so we can't evict the dancing ladies becse it's a public place. Why can't we show mercy to a gup of retired women who just need one place to dance together.
